Ted Lang is the founder and director of TEAM
SPEED. He has over 19 years experience as a trainer. He has earned a
Masters Degree and a Bachelors Degree in Health Science and has done
research on the biomechanics of running. He has served as a Physical
Education Teacher and the Agility & Fitness Coordinator for the Milwaukee
Brewers Baseball Club both Major and Minor Leagues. In addition, he was
also a Div. III college Assistant Strength Coach and a Div. III college
Men's Sprints Coach for Track & Field.
A Specialist in football combine training he is contacted every year by
NFL Agents to train their clients for the Pro work-outs.
The TEAM SPEED Training Program is now being used by several High
Schools Colleges. Ted Lang is proud to be the Fitness Consultant for the
Milwaukee Police Dept. Tactical Unit.
Don Olsen, EdD, MMSC, OCS - Don is a Physical
Therapist who has over 20 years experience. A specialist in biomechanical
analysis of athletes, he owns 3 clinics. 2 in Wisconsin and 1 on Sambel
Island, FL. He has a wealth of experience in training and treating
athletes. He has written many articles and published research. He has
helped out the Atlanta Hawks and the Atlanta Flames. Also coaches high
school track & field. He is a great addition to the staff.
Pete Long, CPT, CBT - Coach Pete runs his own
business "Working the Vitals" based in Racine, WI. A native of Pittsburgh,
his specialty is in Band Training.
Joe Adamak - Joe is the head girls track coach
for Port Washington High School. He has been a track coach for over 10
years and an assistant for TEAM SPEED for 11 years.
